Andrea Brereton MIC, is a former director at Weatherbys, where she successfully led a turnaround activity for Weatherbys GSB Ltd, as well as being on the board of Weatherbys Thoroughbred. Prior to this, she was Sales Director of Spillers Speciality Feeds Ltd and part of the Management Buy Out team, which successfully executed its exit strategy when selling the business to Mars Inc.
She is dedicated to supporting businesses to achieve their goals and believes that having an Senior Business Mentor or Non Executive Director as part of the Senior Management Team can significantly aid business growth. An engaging speaker, Andrea has presented papers at a number of international conferences including the Annual Symposium on Racing & Gaming in Arizona, European industry conferences at venues including Moscow, Vienna and Brussels, as well as numerous training events throughout the UK.
