With over 15 years business experience, 10 years of which were as a Senior Manager/Director, Andrea has detailed knowledge of a range of sectors and business functions. Core competencies include;

  • Business planning and strategy development – businesses function more effectively when it is clear what the aims and expected outcomes are. This vital planning stage so often gets overlooked which in turn leads to poor decision making, wasted investment and reduced profitability;

  • Sales & Marketing strategy (creation & implementation plans) –  linking Sales and Marketing activity to deliver targeted, successful campaigns;

  • Business turnaround – review all areas to identify the reason/s for a faltering business, identify what actions need to be taken and then work with the Senior Management Team to halt the decline in performance and revitalise the business, enhancing overall profitability;

All projects will be assessed and managed directly by Andrea. With her wide variety of industry expertise she brings an unbiased, external view to each project. At all times her focus is on working with, not for, her clients and this gives rise to the formation of strong, long-term business relationships.

Every project will generate a bespoke, tailored solution taking into consideration the client's goals and the business framework within which the recommended actions will be implemented. All projects are expected to have a positive return on investment and therefore assignments are only accepted where it is clear that value can be added to the client's business. At all times the aim is to have an impact over and above that expected by the client and, having identified opportunities for improvement, to then help bring about positive change.
